## What we do

**Pickleball court cleaning** — acrylic and cushioned acrylic indoor courts, cleaned with commercial 20-inch walk-behind auto-scrubbers, red pads only, and neutral pH chemistry. Sport-specific equipment, court-safe chemistry, and before-and-after photo documentation on every visit.

## Our five-step process

1. **Blow** — Clear the court of debris using commercial leaf blower.
2. **Pre-Treat** — Spot treat stains, scuffs, and black paddle marks with court-safe, neutral pH agents.
3. **Scrub** — Commercial 20-inch walk-behind auto-scrubber with court-safe, neutral pH chemistry; red pad only.
4. **Recover** — Machine extracts water simultaneously. No standing water, no slip risk, no pressure washing.
5. **Done** — Court playable in 20–30 minutes. Before-and-after photo documentation delivered within 48 hours.

Average time per court: 35–45 minutes cleaning + 20–30 minutes dry.

- Commercial 20-inch walk-behind auto-scrubber (Minuteman MAX Ride 26 in core markets)
- Red pad only for routine cleaning (white softest; black pad never used — damages court surface)
- Neutral pH commercial chemistry only — no ammonia, no bleach, no pressure washing

## National emergency deployment and court restoration

Dink and Done is one of very few commercial cleaning services in the United States that specializes exclusively in indoor pickleball court care. When a facility has a problem that requires specialist hands — and most do not have a local pickleball-specialist option — we deploy nationwide.

Common situations:

- **Tournament and special event prep.** Pre-event deep clean with same-day turnaround for high-profile tournaments and corporate events. Tournament-grade surface quality with before-and-after photo documentation.
- **Catastrophic loss restoration.** Rust staining (from sprinkler failures, equipment, or moisture intrusion), calcified water deposits (from ceiling leaks or HVAC condensation), mineral residue, and post-incident damage. Court-safe neutral pH chemistry restores the affected surface without breaching the acrylic topcoat. Test patch first, scope confirmed before any large-area work.
- **Damage types handled.** Rust staining, calcified water deposits, mineral leak residue, heavy paddle scuff, post-construction debris, ground-in soil, and surface buildup that has degraded play quality.

Why specialist deployment matters: indoor pickleball court surfaces are unforgiving. The wrong pad selection (most janitorial companies stock black pads designed for stripping concrete) or the wrong chemistry (alkaline cleaners, ammonia-based products, pressure washing) will accelerate the resurfacing cycle by months or years. A specialist response with court-safe chemistry preserves the surface and extends the period before capital expense on resurfacing.

## Hours

Default service window is overnight — typically 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, seven days a week — so members never see us and courts are ready for morning play.

## Common questions

**How often should a pickleball court be cleaned?**
For most indoor clubs, monthly professional cleaning keeps courts in show condition. High-traffic facilities with 4+ courts typically benefit from bi-weekly or weekly service. One-time deep cleans are common before tournaments, after construction, or for first-time clients evaluating the service.

**Are your chemicals safe for pickleball court surfaces?**
Yes — neutral pH, court-safe commercial chemistry designed for acrylic, cushioned, and hard-court surfaces. We avoid pressure washing, which can damage court coatings.

**Do you work overnight?**
Yes — overnight is the default service window so members never see us.

**How long does cleaning take?**
35–45 minutes per court plus 20–30 minutes dry. Courts are playable about an hour after service starts.

**Is there a minimum number of courts?**
Yes, a two-court minimum applies to every plan.

**Do you work with multi-location operators?**
