Sport Specialists
We don't clean office floors. We clean pickleball and padel courts. Separate equipment, separate chemistry, separate playbooks for each.
Sport-specialist cleaning for indoor pickleball courts and padel courts. Commercial-grade equipment, court-safe chemistry tuned for each surface, overnight scheduling — your members never see us. Two playbooks under one vendor.
We're not a janitorial company that also does courts. Sport-specific courts — pickleball and padel — are the entire job, calibrated for each surface separately.

Commercial auto-scrubber + neutral pH cleaners. Safe on acrylic, lines, and cushioned surfaces.
Overnight cleaning so your members never see us. Courts ready by morning — every time.
Dink and Done now runs two sport-specific programs. Same overnight scheduling, same photo-documented standard, same single-vendor accountability. The equipment, the chemistry, and the process are completely different on each surface — calibrated for what's actually under the players' shoes.
Acrylic and cushioned acrylic surfaces. Commercial 20-inch walk-behind auto-scrubber, red pad only, neutral pH chemistry, before-and-after photo documentation.
Artificial turf with silica sand infill, glass walls, steel frame. Sport-specific turf brushes, sand redistribution and replenishment, non-abrasive glass cleaning, structural inspection.
Facilities with both surfaces (the new norm) get one vendor, one contract, one invoice — two completely separate playbooks.
Two different surfaces. Two different five-step processes. Switch the view below to see the one that applies to your facility.

Non-abrasive glass cleaner on every panel. Frame wipe-down, lighting and drainage check. Before/after photos within 48 hours.
Every facility is different — court count, traffic, surface condition, frequency. We price each quote against the specific work, not a one-size-fits-all menu.
Two-court minimum on all pickleball services. Add-ons available: net detail, tournament prep, emergency response, court line restriping. Multi-location operators welcome — pricing reflects the structure of your portfolio.
Padel pricing is quote-only. First six months post-construction includes a 100 kg/court silica sand top-up on the monthly visit while infill stabilizes. Standalone sand replenishment, glass + frame detail, and tournament prep available as standalone engagements. See the full padel program →
First court free. No commitment.
When your court has a problem that needs specialist hands — a tournament prep on a tight deadline, rust staining after a sprinkler failure, calcified deposits from a ceiling leak, or any catastrophic loss to a playing surface — we deploy. Pickleball court restoration is the entire job we do. There aren't many of us in the country.
Pre-event deep clean with same-day turnaround. Tournament-grade surface quality, before/after photo documentation, no slip risk. Crews mobilized for high-profile events on short notice.
Rust staining, calcified water spills, mineral deposits from leaks, post-incident damage. Court-safe neutral pH chemistry restores affected surfaces without breaching the acrylic topcoat. Test patch first, scope confirmed, no surprise damage.
Two surfaces, two playbooks. Pickleball: red pad, neutral pH chemistry, commercial auto-scrubber. Padel: turf brushes, silica sand redistribution, non-abrasive glass care. Photo documentation on every visit, both sports. Deployable nationwide for urgent or specialty work.
Travel and rush surcharges apply on out-of-region and short-notice deployments. Quote within 24 hours.
Whether you're running a 4-court pickleball community club, a 10-court premium pickleball facility, a dedicated padel club, or a mixed-sport venue with both surfaces, Dink and Done keeps your courts in show condition. We work with dedicated pickleball clubs, dedicated padel clubs, multi-sport athletic centers, racquet clubs, and tennis facilities adding either sport — across the Midwest, East Coast, and West Coast.
Pickleball is exploding. Padel is right behind it. And nobody's applying real commercial cleaning standards to either surface — facilities get stuck mopping with the wrong chemicals or fighting equipment built for tile, not for sport. We built Dink and Done to fix that: sport-specialist cleaning, calibrated separately for each surface, done right every time.
First court is on us. No commitment — just see the difference.
Most common questions from clubs and facilities. Don't see yours? Ask us directly.
For most indoor pickleball clubs, a monthly professional cleaning keeps the court surface in show condition. High-traffic facilities with four or more courts typically benefit from bi-weekly service. Tournament prep or facilities with heavy paddle scuff usually warrant a one-time deep clean before or after events.
Pricing is quoted per facility because court count, traffic, surface condition, and service frequency all affect the rate. Two-court minimum. Tell us about your facility and we'll send pricing within 24 hours.
Core markets: Central Illinois (Champaign, Springfield, Peoria, Bloomington, Decatur), the Chicago metro, the Indianapolis metro, the St. Louis metro, and Madison, Wisconsin. A single court takes 35–45 minutes to clean and 20–30 minutes to dry. Courts are playable again in about an hour from the start of service.
Yes. We use neutral pH, court-safe commercial chemistry designed not to degrade acrylic, cushioned, or hard-court pickleball surfaces. We avoid pressure washing, which can damage court coatings, and extract water as we go so nothing pools on your surface.
Yes. Our default service window is overnight so your members never see us. We arrive after close, clean with a commercial walk-behind auto-scrubber, and leave with courts ready for morning play.
Yes. Monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly plans are available. Monthly service includes priority scheduling, after-hours service, photo documentation every visit, and a 24-hour response window. Bi-weekly and weekly plans are best for high-traffic clubs. Multi-month commitments and multi-location operators are common — quoted pricing reflects both.
A deep clean includes a full surface scrub with court-safe chemistry, pre-treatment of stains and paddle marks, net and post detail, before/after photos, and a 20–30 minute dry time.
Yes — Dink & Done deploys nationwide for tournament prep, special events, and catastrophic loss restoration on indoor pickleball courts. Common situations include rust staining, calcified water deposits, mineral residue from ceiling leaks, and post-incident surface damage. Court-safe neutral pH chemistry restores the affected surface without breaching the acrylic topcoat. Quotes for out-of-region deployments returned within 24 hours. Travel and rush surcharges apply for short-notice or out-of-region work.
Yes — catastrophic loss restoration is one of our core service lines. We treat rust staining from sprinkler failures or equipment, and calcified water deposits from ceiling leaks or HVAC condensation. Pre-service test patches confirm scope before any large-area work is performed. Court-safe neutral pH chemistry preserves the acrylic finish.
Most clubs land on bi-weekly brushing at 3–6 play hours per court per day. High-traffic clubs (6+ hours per court per day) and tournament venues move to weekly. Lower-traffic, members-only, or seasonal clubs run monthly. A quarterly deep clean and bi-annual major sand replenishment layer on top regardless of base cadence.
Most generic janitorial outfits can't — the surfaces are completely different. Pickleball is acrylic on a hard or cushioned base; padel is artificial turf with silica sand infill plus glass walls and steel frame. Equipment that helps a pickleball court actively damages a padel court — a leaf blower is the standard first step on pickleball, and it's the fastest way to blow the sand infill off a padel court. We run both surfaces with separate equipment, separate chemistry, and SOPs tuned for each. One vendor, one contract, two playbooks.
A new padel court is installed with roughly 2,500–3,000 kg of silica sand at 0.2–0.5 mm granulometry, washed and dust-free. During the first six months, expect to add ~100 kg per court per month as the infill settles. After that, bi-annual replenishment is standard, with smaller monthly top-ups in high-wear zones. We supply sand by default or distribute facility-supplied sand if it meets spec.
Neither — and we refuse jobs where a facility insists. Pressure washing displaces sand, compromises silicone seals around glass panels, and forces water under the turf backing. Leaf blowers blow silica sand off the playing surface and accelerate your replenishment cost. Correct method: dry brushing with sport-specific turf brushes, plus manual debris removal.
Quote-only. Pricing scales with court count, location, surface age, contract length, and whether sand replenishment is in scope. Most established clubs on a monthly recurring program land in the low-to-mid hundreds per court per visit; sand replenishment is quoted separately by the kilo when included. See the full padel program for the cadence table and engagement types.

Yes — post-construction is one of our most common padel engagements. Drywall and construction dust on glass panels, install scuff on frames, sand not yet evenly distributed. We deliver an opening-day-ready court with full photo handoff to the GM. Schedule us 30–60 days ahead of opening for the cleanest result.
Yes. National and regional padel operators use a Master Service Agreement covering all locations with consolidated invoicing, consistent surface standard across every site, and sand inventory managed at the chain level. Multi-location pricing tier applies. Our team deploys to every location on the agreement — owner on-site for the first job at each site.
