Pickleball court cleaning in Chicago
Chicago has more indoor pickleball courts than any other market in Illinois, and almost none of them were built with a cleaning plan. Most clubs hand the courts to whoever cleans the locker rooms. We only clean courts, we work overnight, and every visit ends with before-and-after photos.
Why Chicago courts get dirty faster
- Winter tracks in. From October through March, road salt, slush and parking-lot grit come in on every pair of shoes. Salt is abrasive, and it grinds into the surface with each step.
- Indoor season packs the courts. Outdoor players move inside for six months, so play hours per court roughly double at the same time the floor is dirtiest.
- Big buildings, big HVAC. Most Chicago clubs are converted retail or industrial spaces with large air handlers that keep a fine dust settling on the courts.
What every visit includes
- Blow. Debris cleared from the full court and surround.
- Pre-treat. Stains, scuffs and heavy soil treated with court-safe, neutral-pH agents.
- Scrub. Commercial auto-scrubber in overlapping passes, white pad for routine work and red for heavy soil.
- Recover. The machine pulls the dirty water back up as it goes. No standing water, no pressure washing.
- Document. Before-and-after photos of every court, to you within 48 hours.

Can you work around our league and open-play schedule?

That's the normal arrangement. We propose each month's date at least a week ahead and work overnight or in the off-hours window you give us. Courts are playable 20 to 30 minutes after we finish.
What surfaces do you clean?

Indoor acrylic and cushioned acrylic pickleball courts. We use a red pad and neutral-pH chemistry only, never a black pad, an alkaline degreaser or a pressure washer.
